Each link will guide you through customized curriculum maps, constructed by classroom teachers, outlining core content, skills, assessments and timeframes. They identify what students need to know and be able to do, making connections from grade to grade and across curricular areas. These maps clarify learning expectations as students work towards meeting New York State graduation requirements.
Complimenting well-constructed curricula is the delivery of the curricula through effective instruction. For the last several years, our faculty and administration have initiated programmatic changes utilizing systematic analysis of data and research-based instructional strategies that have resulted in the improvement of instruction and higher levels of achievement by our children.
