Welcome to Iroquois High School - Home of the Chiefs!
Iroquois High School promotes and demonstrates daily a deep rooted culture of high academic achievement and solid upstanding citizenship for all students. Our High School is always rated high in Business First and for the 2008-2009 school year, Iroquois was rated #1 with the highest graduation rate of all Erie and Niagara County (96%).
Enrollment in the High School is approximately 1,000. The student curriculum offers a variety of course selections that are challenging, comprehensive and progressive in meeting the needs of the 21st Century student. We have advanced instructional technologies to meet our student's needs in the ever-changing global society.
The curriculum provides the requirements for both Regents and Advanced Regents diplomas. Students are encouraged to pursue electives and Advanced Placement courses which further prepare them for the college experience and life beyond high school. Iroquois High School offers (13) AP courses.
Building Initiatives and Goals for 2009-2010:
We encourage every student to be involved in extracurricular activities and clubs. The faculty, staff, and administration will continue to work collaboratively for each student's academic success. Communication and on-going community support is valued and encouraged. Strong parental partnership with the school enhances a positive student experience.
