Birth Certificate
Proof of Immunization
Two Proofs of Residency (e.g. utility bill, lease/rental agreement, sales, or building contract)
K-8 copy of previous school's report card (not mandatory, but helpful)
Grades 9-12 copy of academic record/transcript (mandatory)
CSE (Special Education) documentation, if applicable
Guardianship document if applicable
ATTENTION: Parents of incoming Kindergarteners (born 12/2/06 - 12/1/07)
General Kindergarten Registration will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 (9 am–12 and 1 pm-3)
at the primary school building that your child will attend.
