December 7, 2022 Board meeting discussion summary
At the conclusion of the discussion the Board of Education recognized that without the NYS regulations the process of making informed decisions is premature. Therefore, before any action or official statement, the Board has committed to listening and learning more while waiting for the state regulations. During the meeting, the memorandum was reviewed identifying aspects that need clarification. Board members recognized the intent at the formation and current desire of the District to honor and respect Native Americans.
