    Non-Critical Issues
    If you are experiencing non-critical technical problems with ICSD related equipment or applications, or if you have specific requests relating to your telephone, voicemail, audio equipment, ink cartridge and toner requests, and Audio Visual setup needs, the preferred method of receiving support is to submit an online Technology Work Order Request via Q-Ware.
    Once the request has been submitted, an e-mail notification will be sent to the requester and a technician will be assigned.  The requester will also receive an e-mail notification upon completion of the work order.

    Critical Issues
    For critical requests, which are issues that affect the safety of our students, faculty and staff, an immediate instructional need, are deadline critical, or if users are unable to access critical computer resources, please call the Help Desk at extension 1405
