New Student Registration

  • For the 2021-2022 school year, registration can be submitted electronically via email (download forms before completing and save to your device to easily email back).  You may also print and mail or drop off the completed forms.

    Please follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Complete the following:
    Student Registration Packet (Must be completed for each student)

    If you have three or more students, please add this additional form:
    Family Registration Form for Additional Students
    Additional Required Documentation (Must be included to register your student(s))
    Optional Dental Health Certificate (completed by dentist)

    Step 2: Email or mail completed documentation to:
