American Rescue Plan (ARP) - post until 9/30/27
The 2021-2022 enacted New York State budget includes language requiring local education agencies, such as school districts, that receive funding from the Federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund allocated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP-ESSER) to post on its website, a plan detailing how these funds will be used.
New York State is requiring that districts allocate at least 20% of ARP funding to address learning loss. The Iroquois Central School District plan will allocate approximately 80% of the funds toward learning loss.
