Universal Pre-K Student Registration

Iroquois offers full-day Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK), funded by the New York State Department of Education.
UPK Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open. 

• For the 2025-2026 school year, children with birthdays between December 2, 2020, and December 1, 2021, are eligible to apply.
• You must be a legal resident of the Iroquois School District.
• The program is a full-day free program (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and will run five (5) days a week.  
• The program will follow the school district calendar, with an anticipated 180 days of student attendance.  
• Transportation to and from the program is the family’s responsibility.
• There is no wrap-around childcare provided by the district.

UPDATE 4/2/25: The UPK Lottery was drawn on April 1, 2025, and notifications were emailed to the guardians of the students on April 2, 2025. Anyone still interested in registering for UPK for the 2025-26 school year, spots are available at Marilla and Wales and registration is still open.
