Superintendent's Message 11/4/2024
Dear Iroquois Family,
Good afternoon, here is important information for the week of November 4th:
Board of Education
The Board of Education will hold its next meeting this Wednesday, November 6th, at 7:00 PM in the Middle School STEM Room. The Board will continue its discussions on a potential capital project that could have a lasting impact on our school facilities and community. In addition to the capital project, the Board will also receive a detailed update on the progress of our new Family Support Center, an initiative designed to provide crucial resources and assistance to local families. These are just two of the key topics on the agenda, and there may be additional items of interest discussed throughout the evening. You can view the agenda here: Nov. 6 agenda.
We encourage all members of the community to attend. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be livestreamed on our website, (www.iroquoiscsd.org) providing easy access to stay informed from the comfort of your home. We hope to see you there, either in person or virtually!
For Parents to Know
We’re excited to announce a fundraiser; sponsored by The Kiwanis Club of Elma.
The Red Hawks’ Nest Project aims to build a new pavilion and enhance the Intermediate School Recess Area on our main campus!
This centrally located space in between the Intermediate and High School will provide a safe shaded area for Intermediate students during school recess, and PTO events and it will serve as a versatile gathering spot for after school activities and community events for the school.
