· This time of year can be challenging for some, so as a reminder the Iroquois Family Support Center has partnered with Horizon Health Services to offer in-school counseling services. Horizon Health Services provides individual and family counseling, both in-person and via telehealth. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches, they aim to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression while helping students build coping skills for mood regulation, school adjustment, and peer relationships.
