Dear Iroquois Family,
Good afternoon, here is important information for the week of June 16th:
It’s been an exciting few weeks filled with celebrations, prom, picnics, and more. It’s been wonderful to see our students enjoying these memorable moments as the school year winds down.

Please note that there are several upcoming half days for students in grades UPK–8. Be sure to check the school calendar for dismissal times. Field Days and Moving Up ceremonies are wrapping up as we head into the final stretch of the school year.

We’re currently updating our multi-year Strategic Plan—and we want to hear from you!
To help us shape the future of our district and provide the best educational experience for your children, we invite you to complete a short survey. It includes 25 questions and will take less than 3 minutes to complete.

For Parents to Know
The Marilla Kiwanis Club is rallying support for the Marilla Primary Playground Shade Project. Join them this Saturday, June 21st at 5:00 PM for a Meat Raffle & Basket Auction at the Jamison Road Fire Hall.
🎟️ Tickets are available HERE. Tickets are also available from any Kiwanis member, the Marilla Country Store, or Crossroads Florist.
All proceeds will go directly toward adding much-needed shade to the playground at Marilla Primary.
Let’s come together to support this meaningful project for our students!
🚧 Community Notice: Road Work Advisory
The Erie County Highway Department has announced the following roadwork projects now in progress, with expected completion by August 29 (weather permitting). Work hours are weekdays from 7:00 AM–6:00 PM:
- Bullis Rd. (Girdle Rd. to Townline Rd.) – Single-lane restriction
- Girdle Rd. (Bullis Rd. to Rice Rd.) – Single-lane restriction
- Rice Rd. (Girdle Rd. to Schultz Rd.) – Single-lane restriction
Please plan accordingly and use caution in these areas.
Athletics
Congratulations to Lydia, Evelyn, Gavin, and Slade for being selected to play in the Softball and Baseball Senior All-Star Games.
Kaleigha finished in 5th place last weekend at the Track and Field State Championships in the Pentathlon. The Girls 4x400 relay also finished 9th. What an excellent showing for these athletes!
