Dear Iroquois Family,
Good afternoon, here is important information for the week of May 28th:
Board of Education
Thank you to everyone who voted!! The 2024-2025 budget passed with a 71% passing rate. All programs, initiatives, and extracurriculars remain intact. We look forward to an outstanding school year!
Parents
The next few weeks are a whirlwind in education. There are Regents exams, end of year exams, moving up days, picnics, field days, prom and awards days. It’s important to stay focused on academics while celebrating our achievements. Thank you in advance for helping students through this busy time of year. Please be sure to listen to principals’ messages and check your school’s calendar.
Primary Parents--A reminder that June 14th is NOT an early release day as the paper calendar states. It is a full day of school.
Middle School Parents--A reminder that June 13th and 14th are NOT early release days as the paper calendar states. They are full days of school.
Performing Arts
The High School Outdoor Pops Concert is a community favorite. Please join us on the main campus this Thursday, May 30th, at 7:00PM. Bring a chair and enjoy our talented students!
Athletics
Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Track and Field for winning the Class A Sectional Title this past weekend and our Boys Varsity Track and Field team for placing 2nd earning them Class A Sectional Runner-Up.
Girls Varsity Softball continues their playoff run this Wednesday 5/29 in the Section 6 Class A Crossover game vs Will South at 5:30pm at Frontier High School.
