Dear Iroquois High School:

The end of the first semester is approaching fast!  We encourage all parents to access the portal and to have conversations with their student regarding academic progress. 

We have a few important announcements for this week:

• The school counselors will begin the scheduling process, starting with current Junior students, on Wednesday, January 18th.  A link to the coursebook can be found here. We ask that families engage in conversations about courses that students can elect to take prior to the individual meetings that will take place between students and counselors.  Parents may view course selections on the parent portal after students meet with their counselors to select courses. 
• January Regents Examinations, as well as some local exams, will take place from Tuesday, January 24 through Friday, January 27.  STUDENTS SHOULD ONLY REPORT TO SCHOOL IF THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO TAKE AN EXAM OR OTHERWISE DIRECTED BY A TEACHER OR ADMINISTRATOR TO REPORT.  The exam schedule is as follows:

• Attention Seniors and Parents of Seniors: The deadline to order caps and gowns is approaching!  Please click HERE for information on how to order.  A late fee will be charged for orders that are placed after January 15. All caps and gowns must be ordered by February 1.
• Students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses are required to pay the examination fee of $97 per exam.  Payments are due by February 1.Checks should be payable to Iroquois Central Schools and should be submitted to the High School Bookstore.
